WARRANTY INFORMATION:

You MUST contact the Panzer Arms USA service department BEFORE sending anything in for service.
The manufacturer ONLY provides the original retail purchaser a LIMITED WARRANTY for a period of 1 year from the date of retail purchase against defects in material and assembly/workmanship. It will be at the sole discretion of the Panzer Arms USA service department as to if there will be a charge for parts, labor or/and return shipping.

You must retain and present your Original Retail Proof of coverage to start any warranty claim. 

(Additional proof of ownership may be required when requested). 

The Importer/Manufacturer/’Authorized Repair Facility’  has the right to physically inspect and test any firearm, part and/or accessory to access any claim for the purpose of warranty coverage.

  • If there is a factory defect/warranty issue, parts labor and return shipping are free at the discretion of the Panzer Arms USA service dept.
  • If there happens to be an issue that falls outside of warranty coverage, return shipping and parts/labor will be offered at a reasonable cost.

 Please note: firearms shipped in hard or oversize cases may have an increased return shipping cost due to being oversized and extra weight.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty is void if the firearm has been suspected or confirmed to have any alteration, misuse, abuse, damage by accident, incorrect ammunition, hand loaded/reloaded/exotic ammunition, barrel obstructions, protruding or bulging barrel or damage caused by failure to provide regular maintenance or cleaning.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic defects.
The warranty is void if there has been any alteration, repair or diagnosis from by unauthorized facility.
